My weight loss progress has been slow, but it has been steady. I have been dieting for one month and losing 1 pound/week. I'll take it!
More importantly to me, I am improving on my quest to return to running! (I just feel so much better when I am running regularly)
I am using the 5K Runner app and I really like it-keeps me motivated. In this too I am a turtle. I may not run fast, but I make it to the finish line just fine :)
Today is a 25 minute run and then my weekly weigh in, wish me luck!
